Windshield Poems – Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

ACTION No 1: Leave fragments of poems on the windshields.

Many times, the car is a place for reflection, if one is driving alone, or a place for an intimate chat, if one is driving

with someone. Therefore, to intervene windshields with poetry seem like not only the right place but the right time to light the fuse: to intervene the daily routine of drivers through poetry with the objective of promoting reflection in terms of what is written and to offer (non) readers new ways of perceiving reality.

POEMAS PARABRISAS

  1. The Revolutionary Poets Brigade extends solidarity to you all on this day of unity with the poets of the world. We especially stand in solidarity with the people of Mexico who are courageously resisting a murderous and oppressive force within the great Mexican society. We honor you and salute this brilliant manner of reaching the people through poetry!
