“Be the change you wish to see in the world” ~ Gandhi That’s the focus of 7 local Rock Hill, SC area poets for Saturday’s 100 Thousand Poets for Change event. We’ll be reading at the local Earth Fare on Cherry Rd. in Rock Hill, 10 – 12 noon. Poems will reflect all sorts of change – personal, environmental, political, spiritual . . . Poets will read their own work as well as work by other poets.

  1. It was a great honor and joy to read with such wonderful and talented poets today in Rock Hill.

    My teenage daughter attended, quite by accident, and although she appeared indifferent at best, all she could talk about on the ride home was all the poetry she heard and her favorite pieces. It did my heart good to see her interest expressed with such animation.

    Everyone deserves a pat on the back for a job well done.
